How your card works, and what we keep.

The loyalty card is offered by Neighbours, Zahra street, Chekka, Lebanon.

Your card

One stamp is added by staff for each purchased drink. All drinks qualify. Ten stamps create a single-use free-drink reward and start your next card. Rewards are redeemed in store by showing the QR on your signed-in card for staff to scan and confirm. Each reward can be redeemed for any drink, in any available size. Free reward redemptions do not earn stamps.

Birthday cheers

Your birthday is optional. We only store the month and day. Verified accounts older than 24 hours receive one reward per year on their birthday. February 29 birthdays are celebrated on February 28 in non-leap years. Birthday rewards last 7 days; regular loyalty rewards last 30 days. The expiry on your card is authoritative.

Your information

We store your name, phone number, email, optional birthday, and loyalty transactions. Your email is used for sign-in links and reward notifications. If you give your birthday, your birthday reward is also sent by SMS to the phone number on your card. Your phone number helps staff find your account; it is not verified by email sign-in.

Corrections and deletion

Ask the café owner to correct your details, remove your account, or stop birthday SMS. Contact Neighbours on +961 79 387 916 (call or WhatsApp) or at [email protected]. We do not expose member records through the public website.

Keeping things fair

Keep your sign-in links and reward codes private. Staff may ask you to confirm your name. Rewards cannot be redeemed more than once. If something looks wrong, ask the team before using the reward.
